I am currently the sole product owner of Niao Like Siao, a new business unit with the mission to improve the financial sensitivity and literacy of the community at large through educational content.

I used to run the digital marketing operations of Synchestra and directly onboarded more than 80% of users for a done-for-you financial planning platform, for advisers and consumers. I also play a product management role and have personally designed key components of this platform.

●      Strategized marketing campaigns that required little to no resources with partnerships and alternative marketing channels, such as an affiliate programme and testimonial marketing.

●      Designed PPC marketing campaigns that have enjoyed click-through rates as high as 5.4% and dramatically reduced cost per conversion by more than 80%.

●      Managed the copywriting and design of collateral including landing pages with a consistent conversion rate of more than 18%.

●      Pioneered the content marketing team with the help of multiple interns, driving SEO performance up, increasing search traffic by more than 200%

●      As the sole owner of the marketing automation platform, created, curated, and coordinated content marketing efforts and campaigns, leading to consistent open rates of more than 30% for regular email blasts.
